Description

Nevada Montecarlo, the 'famous' Fighter you save from the Digamid in Chapter 2. There was no official artwork for her, so I just based it on her sprite (what she looks like in-game), so that may be the reason why it's a little off.
And I know I can't draw whips. Sue me.

How has no one commented on this?! She looks great! The only thing I'd change is pattern on her pants, and that's only because I see it as camo-print.
